The Establishment Section primarily handles the administration and management of faculty and staff affairs, including recruitment, maintenance of service records, leave management, performance appraisals, and compliance with government regulations on employee welfare and benefits.
Assist the recruitment process for faculty and staff positions, including advertisement, shortlisting, screening, conducting interviews, and issuing appointment letters.
Maintain personal files and service book for each employee, including educational qualifications, experience, service records, and disciplinary actions. Update leave records and ensuring compliance with leave policies.
Conduct annual performance evaluations of faculty and staff and providing feedback.
Coordinate training and capacity building programs for Faculty & staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure adherence to all government regulations, CCS-CCA Rules, NIT Act and Statues regarding employee benefits and service rules.
